The main properties of cement concretes

The book discusses the basic properties of cement concrete, determining the possibility of its use as a structural material. Regularities that contribute to the formation of concrete properties are given, objective relationships of concrete properties with its structure and composition are highlighted. Considerable attention is given to the main areas of regulation and management of concrete properties. The calculation – experimental method of designing concrete compositions with the specified properties necessary for its practical use is described.
